Visit to Hertford & Barking Dojos

I travelled up to London on Thursday 23rd March for courses at Barking Dojo & on a Thursday evening and Hertford on Friday/Saturday.

The Barking Dojo with Sensei Azftek was all orange belts who were enthusiastic, but I think overawed by me and other visiting Black Belts – Sensei Denise Jones & Sensei John Heath, Owen Bentley & Sempai Arvid Targe.

It was a good session well received and all the students tried very hard

On Friday & Saturday was a visit to Hertford Dojo,  Friday was high grades and Saturday normal mixed class.

Again well received, Friday was mainly advanced high-grade Kata and perfecting kicking techniques using a ball & elastic.

Saturday was a combination of stances in basics and punching-kicking techniques using makiwara & chairs.

All in all a very satisfying weekend
